Ethical Guidelines
1. Authorship and Contribution
- Criteria for Authorship: All authors listed on a manuscript must have significantly contributed to the work, including the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research.
- Acknowledgement of Contributors: Individuals who contributed to the work but did not meet the authorship criteria should be acknowledged in the manuscript.
- Changes to Authorship: Any changes to the list of authors after submission must be approved by all authors, including those being added or removed.
2. Conflict of Interest
- Declaration: Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence their work. This includes funding sources, employment, consultancies, stock ownership, and paid expert testimony.
- Transparency: Conflict of interest statements will be published with the manuscript.
3. Research Ethics
- Human and Animal Rights: Research involving human participants must comply with the Declaration of Helsinki, and research involving animals must follow institutional and national guidelines.
- Informed Consent: Authors must ensure that informed consent was obtained from all human participants and that appropriate approvals were obtained from ethics committees or institutional review boards.
4. Data and Reproducibility
- Data Availability: Authors must make their data available upon request and provide detailed methods for replicating the study.
- Data Fabrication and Falsification: Any fabrication or manipulation of data is considered unethical and unacceptable.
5. Plagiarism and Duplicate Publication
- Originality: All submitted manuscripts must be original work and not under consideration or published elsewhere.
- Plagiarism Detection: All journals published by Visagaa Publishing House use plagiarism detection software to screen manuscripts. Any detected plagiarism will result in rejection of the manuscript and potential blacklisting of the authors.
