Instructions for Authors

Visagaa Publishing House is an open-access academic publisher that publishes perspectives, original research, reviews, letters to the editor, and molecules for human health across various scientific disciplines. Manuscripts submitted to Visagaa Publishing House journals undergo evaluation by a diverse Editorial Board and external expert reviewers.

Please submit your manuscript through our journal's submission portal. Before submitting an article, carefully read the general author guidelines applicable to all Visagaa Publishing House journals. These policies define the rights and responsibilities of authors when submitting and publishing with Visagaa Publishing House.

Types of Papers

  • Original Research Paper: Up to 7,000 words excluding references. Short communications up to 3,000 words, 6 tables/figures, 70 references.
  • Review Paper: Up to 15,000 words excluding references. Maximum 10 tables/figures. Prior editor approval required for longer reviews. Systematic reviews must follow PRISMA guidelines.
  • Letters to the Editor: Up to 4 manuscript pages. Require prior editorial approval.
  • Molecule for Human Health: Up to 3,000 words, 4 tables/figures. Prior editorial approval required.

Manuscript Format

Initial submissions may use a free format. Include the following:

  • Title Page
  • Author Information with institutional emails and ORCID IDs
  • Abstract (≤250 words, structured)
  • Keywords (up to 6)
  • Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results & Discussion, Conclusion
  • Figures, Tables, Captions
  • Acknowledgements, Funding, Author Contributions, Conflict of Interest, Ethics Statements

Title Page

Title (≤15 words, sentence case), author names with ORCID, corresponding author details. Last name in uppercase and bold.

Abstract

Structured abstract without subtitles: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion.

Keywords

List up to six keywords specific to the article content.

Introduction

Provide background and purpose. Avoid findings or conclusions. Use name-year citation style.

Materials and Methods

Include clear, complete information about procedures. Mention ethical approvals and clearance codes if applicable.

Results and Discussion

Combine sections. Avoid repetition. Clearly interpret results and compare with existing literature.

Conclusion

Summarize key findings and propose future directions.

Acknowledgement

Acknowledge contributions not covered under authorship or funding.

Funding

Provide funding details and the author who secured it.

Conflict of Interest

Declare all potential conflicts. Use the ICMJE disclosure form.

References

Use any standard reference manager (EndNote, Zotero, etc.) and include DOI where possible.

  • Journal: Author, Year. Title. Journal Name Volume, pages.
  • Book Chapter: Author, Year. In: Editor (Ed.), Book Title, Publisher, pp. pages.
  • Book: Author, Year. Book Title. Publisher, Location.
  • Report: Organization, Year. Title. Series Name and number, Location, page.
  • Webpage: Organization, Year. Title. URL. Access Date.

Figures, Tables, and Schemes

Figures (TIFF/PNG, ≥300 dpi) must be placed after references with legends. Tables must be in the main file, captioned, and follow sentence case. Use Times New Roman, size ≥11.
